ChitChat Black Friday & Cyber Monday 2025 Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Union Fiftyfour Limited, the developer of the ChitChat App, is pleased to announce its Black Friday & Cyber Monday 2025 Promotion. This offer provides discounted subscription rates to both existing and new ChitChat customers as part of the global Black Friday and Cyber Monday season.

During the promotional period, from the 10th November 2025 to 10th of December 2025 (inclusive), users who purchase a subscription will enjoy a 50% discount on their selected plan as follows:

• Premium Subscription: reduced from $2.00 to $1
• Premium+ Subscription: reduced from $3.00 to $1.50

By participating in this promotion, new users and existing customers  agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the ChitChat General Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Wallet Terms and Conditions, and any applicable Supplemental Terms and Conditions, to the extent that they apply.

1. Definitions

Promotion: The Black Friday & Cyber Monday 2025 discount campaign run by Union Fiftyfour Limited.

Subscription Fee: The monthly fee paid by a user for a ChitChat Premium or Premium+ subscription.

Promotional Period: The duration beginning 10 November 2025 12:00 CAT and ending 10 December 2025 11:59 CAT (inclusive).

Eligible Participant / You: Any individual ChitChat wallet holder who pays a valid subscription during the Promotional Period.

We, Us, Our: Union Fiftyfour Limited, also referred to as Union54 or ChitChat, and its successors or assigns.

2. Eligibility

1. The Promotion is open to all existing and new ChitChat users aged 18 years and above.
2. Participants must have a valid and active ChitChat wallet account in their name.
3. The discounted subscription must be purchased and successfully paid for within the Promotional Period.
4. The discount applies exclusively to Premium and Premium+ subscriptions.
5. The Promotion is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers.
6. Union Fiftyfour Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any entry made using false or misleading information.

3. How to Participate

If you do not have a subscription yet: 

1. Log into the ChitChat App during the Promotional Period.
2. Select either the Virtual Card (for the Premium subscription) or the Physical card option for the Premium+ subscription.
3. Complete payment using any supported method.
4. Upon successful payment within the promotional window, the discount will automatically apply.
5. All payments must be genuine and successful to qualify. Failed, reversed, or refunded transactions will not qualify for the promotion.

If you are an existing customer with a valid subscription, you will automatically be opted into the promotion.

4. Promotion Validity and Conditions

1. The 50% discount is valid only during the Promotional Period (10 November to 9 December 2025).
2. The discount cannot be extended, backdated, or applied outside the stated period.
3. All subscriptions renewed during the promotion period will automatically attract the promotional discount. 
4. Subscription renewals made after 9 December 2025 will revert to the standard subscription price.
5. Union Fiftyfour Limited reserves the right to cancel any subscription where fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. General Terms

1. This promotion operates in conjunction with Union Fiftyfour Limited’s existing policies, including the ChitChat App Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Wallet Terms and Conditions, and Supplemental Terms and Conditions, where applicable.
2. Union Fiftyfour Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, without prior notice. Users agree to indemnify Union Fiftyfour Limited against any loss, damage, or liability (direct or consequential) arising from participation in this promotion.
3. By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

6. Disclaimer

Union Fiftyfour Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Participants hereby waive any claim against Union Fiftyfour Limited for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from such modification or cancellation.
